A BIT ABOUT ME...
I am a NYC-based professional actor, director, producer and teacher of acting. I believe in the power and beauty of the theatre to transform individuals and communities, professionals and non-professionals alike. through my work I have witnessed and helped to usher in such transformation.
I received my MFA in Acting from NYU's Tisch Graduate Acting Program under the incomparable Zelda Fichandler.
As a Founder and Artistic Director of Kids Creative Collective, a non-profit arts organization which makes theatre in NYC public schools, I make theatre with kids and teens who historically have limited access to arts education.
I live in Brooklyn with my husband, the wonderful actor, Jeremy Rishe.
Art is personal, originating from dreams, ideas, neuroses;art is shared, harkening back to the humans around the fire; art imbues pleasure and power by enabling people to know reality...Art is a necessity.
